Project 1: Modern Urban Home
Explore our modern urban home project. With a focus on sleek design and functional living spaces, this project perfectly blends contemporary architectural elements with everyday practicality.
This Client came to Axcis Build with complete renovation plans of an existing home. This was going to be more expensive than knocking over the existing home and the clients able to design a brand new home without the constraints of having an existing blueprint that were inhibiting a few of their design wishes.
Project 2: Suburban Oasis
Discover our suburban oasis project located at the heart of a vibrant family community. This project embodies the essence of comfortable suburban living with a touch of elegance and style. Having a sprawling family home in the heart of an established neighbourhood at the same time as being sheltered and tranquil from distractions was possible for these repeat customers of ours. They were able to bring their completed plans of their home to Axcis Build, and we were able to build it within their budget with no pulling back from their plans at all.
Project 3: Inner city Retreat
Uncover our Inner city retreat project, a harmonious blend of natural beauty and modern architecture. This project offers a serene escape with a calming sheltered footprint and contemporary design cut into the side of a limestone hill. This home was designed by the client and brought to Axcis Build for Tendering to come in line with their budget. With only a few minor changes like reducing the suspended slab and off form plantar box and skylight design, this was able to be achieved without altering anything else. This family home capped off a massive year for our clients whom also married and are pregnant with their first child.
We are stoked to have them into their new home well prior to the Christmas New Year break so they can settle in and home prep for the new arriva!
